摘  要:农村幼儿园与社区互动既有助于化解当前农村学前教育发展的困境,促进其健康发展,又有利于提高农村人口的素质及生活质量,促进区域经济建设,但是当前农村幼儿园与社区互动时存在互动意愿低、互动不平等、缺乏系统性、资源利用率不高、参与人员素质低等问题,亟须双方明确互动的价值,健全管理与运行机制,调动双方积极性,提升互动参与人员的能力,创新互动模式,实现农村幼儿园与社区互动的目的与价值。The interaction between rural kindergartens and their communities can not only help rural kindergartens develop, but also promote the quality of the communities' population, life and economy. But according to the survey, the interaction between rural kindergartens and their communities has many problems such as low interactive willingness, unequal interaction, lacking systematic interaction, low re- source utilization, and low quality of participators. In order to realize effective interaction between rural kindergartens and their communities, both should define the value of interaction, perfect the management and operation mechanism, explore a new mode of interaction and promote the quality of pertinent people.
