摘  要:目的了解甘肃省白银市市售水果中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯类(DTCs)农药残留情况。方法随机抽取水果样品119份,以气相色谱法(FPD-S)进行测定。结果采集的样品中,31份样品检出DTCs,其含量范围为(0.01~0.18)mg/kg,总检出率26.05%;其中葡萄(40.00%)和苹果(31.58%)的检出率最高,同时葡萄(0.18 mg/kg)和苹果(0.11 mg/kg)的检出值也最高。结论白银市市售水果中DTCs农药检出率比较高,抽样的几种水果均有检出,但检出值比较低,均低于标准限值。Objective To monitor and analyze the dithiocarbamates(DTCs) pesticide residue in the fruits sold in Baiyin city of Gansu province. Methods There were 119 fruit samples randomly collected and then detected by gas chromatography(FPD-S). Results DTCs were detected in 31 fruit samples with the content range from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.18 mg/kg, and the total detection rate of DTCs was 26.05%. The highest rate of DTCs was detected in grapes(40.00%) and followed by apples(31.58%); the highest value of DTCs was detected in grapes(0.18 mg/kg) and then in apples(0.11 mg/kg). Conclusions DTCs in all the samples are detected with high detection rate in Baiyin city, but the detection value is lower than the standard limit.
