摘 要:食品安全涉及重大的社会、经济和民生问题。随着新媒体的发展,其在食品信息传播和食品安全监督领域发挥愈发重要的作用。文章对新媒体参与食品安全监督、促进食品安全社会共治、降低消费者参与举报和政府的执法成本、提高食品安全水平等问题进行探讨。为有效发挥食品安全新媒体监督效果,针对目前仍存在的立法滞后性、违法成本较低等问题,提出强化法律前瞻性,借鉴发达国家用户原创内容规则的应用,实现新媒体行业自律与新媒体平台自律的统一。Food safety involves major social,economic and livelihood issues. With the development of new media,it plays more and more important role in the field of food information communication and food safety supervision. The new media participating in food safety supervision,promoting the realization of food safety social co-management,reducing the cost of consumer participation in accusation and government enforcement costs,improving food safety and other issues were discussed in this paper. For the effective use of new media for food safety supervision,aiming at the legislation lag,the low cost of illegal,some suggestions were put forward for strengthening the prospective application of the law referred to the developed countries' user-created content rules,achieving unified self-regulations of new media industry and new media platform.
