浅析高职院校校企合作中学生党员发展工作问题及策略

摘　　要：学生党建工作是高职院校工作的重要内容,在高职院校加强校企合作的新的形势下必须加强学生党建工作,提高党建工作的水平。文章针对高职院校校企合作中学生党员发展工作问题,分析了当前存在的问题,并从党务工作人员的素质和能力、提高开展党员发展工作、加强教育培训、把好质量关、增加组织发展工作透明度、加强教育管理等方面提出了应对措施。Student party construction is an important part of the work of higher vocational colleges. Under the new situa- tion of strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen the party construction and raise the level of Party construction. Vocational college student Party member to ex- pand the job problems is mainly composed of a system and implementation of system by human factors. This article at- tempts from the higher vocational colleges in the new period party member to expand the job characteristic proceed with, discuss the problems in the development of student Party member, an antidote against the disease, from go up at all to begin, continue to explore new ways to solve the oroblem.
