摘　　要：要搞好物流管理示范特色专业群教学团队建设,必须抓好专业群带头人队伍、骨干教师队伍和兼职教师队伍建设,建成一支学生、学校、社会三满意的教师队伍。要达到预期目标,有必要完善教师管理机制,提升教师管理水平;实施专业领军人才培养与引进战略,打造专业"名师名匠";提升教师素质,建设层次梯队式教学团队;实施青蓝工程、创新工程和"三百工程";强化专兼结合的"双师"队伍建设;注重专业实践教学与应用研究。To improve the logistics management demonstration Specialty group eonstruction of teaching team, must grasp the professional group leader team, backbone teachers and part- time teachers, build a student, school and society three satis- faction of teachers. To achieve the desired goal, it is neces- sary to improve the management of teachers, improve teachers＂ management level;the implementation of professional talents training and the introduction of the strategy, to create a pro- fessional ＂master teacher＂; improve teachers＂ quality, teaching team echelon construction level; implement project blue and innovation project and the ＂ three hundred project＂： to strengthen the special combination of the ＂ double teacher＂ team construction; pay attention to the teaching and study of professional practice.
