摘　　要：价值教育作为现代教育发展的重要方法,肩负着完善现有教育体制,教育、培养并为人的全面自由发展服务,继而引领人类社会文明进步的重要使命。针对目前社会主流价值观和道德体系出现断崖式下滑,社会戾气嚣张、社会矛盾凸显及社会问题层出不穷等问题,呼吁政府亟待从国家层面、社会层面及个人层面实施具有中国特色的"三层一体"的价值普及教育,从而将价值教育理念贯穿到实现经济繁荣、社会稳定、人民幸福的美好社会建设的全过程中,捍卫和保障社会核心价值体系的主导地位,巩固和发展人民群众的共同价值基础,进而提振民族自信心和自豪感,自觉走上中华民族伟大复兴之路。A good society is evoked by love and a good society is based on the construction of the values system. Constructing a good society,people need to know to be tolerant,generous and friendly to each other,cherish their own creation and others so that we will achieve the ideal of ＂Datong ＂（ Harmony）,which is the tireless pursuit of Chinese within the five thousand years history. Values education,as an important part of modern education development,should undertake the mission of perfecting the existing education system,educating people,cultivating people,serving the comprehensive and free development of human beings,and then advocating the progress of human civilization. With the inflow and infiltration of Western culture,China＇s social,economic and political system reform now is coming into a crucial period. In the specific context of multi-cultural coexistence,knowledge society and information age,social mainstream values and the moral system are confronted with the threats of utilitarianism and pragmatism. Social hostility arrogance,social conflicts and problems emerge constantly. This paper calls for the government to urgently implement the integrated values education model with Chinese characteristics from the national,social and individual levels. By doing so,the concept of values education will go deep into the minds of the people throughout the whole process of building a good society with economic prosperity,social stability,and mass happiness. It will defend and protect the socialist core values system in the dominant position,consolidate and develop the base for common values of the people,boost national self-confidence and pride and consequently it will consciously embark on the great rejuvenation path of the Chinese nation. And ultimately,the ideal of Datong society can be achieved.
