摘  要:目的利用电话回访延伸健康教育,从而使胸外科出院病人的身一心健康问题得到有效的解决,构建良好的医患关系。方法通过电话回访的形式,针对健康问题提供指导、咨询等相关服务。对158例出院病人进行电话回访及健康指导.并听取病人的意见和建议。结果利用电话回访延伸健康教育。可提高病人的自我保健知识。对提高病人的生活质量、促进身。健康起到积极的作用。结论电话回访满足了病人出院后的健康教育需求。有利于提高病人的满意度。扩展了服务范围,提高了医院的社会效益和经济效益。objective to extend the health education by telephone interviews, physical and mental health problems so as to make the Department of thoracic surgery of discharged patients can be effectively solved, build a good doctor--patient relationship. Through the torm of telephone interviews, providing guidance, consulting and other related services for health problems. In 158 cases of discharged patients by telephone visit and health guidance and listen to the patient. Comments and suggestions. By use of the telephone extension. Health education can improve the patient's self care knowledge. To improve the patient's quality of life, promote physical and mental health play a positive role. Conclusion the telephone follow--up to meet the requirements of health education of patients. To improve patient satisfaction. Expand the scope of serw ices, improve the hospital the social and economic benefits.
