摘 要:目的通过时我院2014—2015年输血不良反应进行回顾性的统计分析,探讨有效降低输血不良反应的措施及方法。方法对临床输注血液的品种厦输注后不良反应人次、类型进行统计。采用统计学方法进行统计处理。结果2年共有29502人次榆注血制品,发生输血不良反应149人次,过敏反应93例次占(62.42%),发热反应53例次占(35.57%),其它反应3例次占(2.01%),输血不良反应率为0.505%。注各血液制品发生输血不良反应有明显差异(X2=59.817,p〈0.05)。结论该组资料输血不良反应发生率为o.505%,以过敏、发热反应为主;临床输血要严格把握输血指针,加强多环节的监督及管理降低输血不良反应。Objective Through the statistical analysis of the adverse reactions of transfusion in our hospital during 2014--2015, the measures and methods to reduce the ad- verse reactions were discussed.Methods The clinical transfusion of blood and the types of adverse reactions after infusion, the types of statistics. There was a significant difference in transfusion adverse reactions among the transfusion products (X2 = 59.817, p 〈 0.05). Conclusion This group of data of blood transfusion the incidence of adverse reactions was 0. 505%0, mainly allergic, fever reaction; Clinical blood transfusion to strictly grasp the trans- fusion needle, improve supervision and management of multiple links to reduce blood transfusion reactions.
