摘  要:为了分析楚雄州白酒质量情况。按照GB/T10345,GB/T 5009.48方法进行检验。根据标准DB53/T 92,DBS53/007-2015对结果进行判定。2014年白酒不合格率为25%,2015年不合格率为19%,2016年,不合格率为17%。从结果来看,楚雄州白酒产品的不合格率每年都在有所下降。结论:楚雄州白酒的总体质量良好,但是白酒质量的总酸不合格较多,直接影响白酒合格率偏低。相关部门需要加强对小企业的监管。企业加强工艺操作的管理。In this paper Fourier transform infrared spectrometry ( FT - IR) is used to study the roses of six different colors (white, yellow, red, light green, primrose yellow and purple), whose FT- IR spectra were obtained. Through the study of the spectra, the result shows that the spectra of the six kinds of roses were similar. According to the intensity and location of the absorption peaks in the FT- IR spectra, it con- cluded that these roses might contain chemical compositions such as polypheno,polysaccharide, flavonoid, protein, alkaloids and tannin. By comparing the relative peak intensities of IR absorption peak in the roses, the study shows that white, yellow, red, light green, primrose yellow and purple roses are different in the chemical compositions. The purple, light green and primrose yellow roses have bigger amount of chemicals than that of other kinds of roses. Among the six - color roses, the protein, alkaloids and tannin of purple rose is the most, and the polysaccharide and flavonoid of primrose yellow rose is the most. The results will provide scientific evidence for the development and the utilization of roses.
