高师专业英语教学改革浅析——以地理专业英语为例

摘　　要：专业英语是高等师范院校各专业的主干课程,在一定程度上是普通英语学习的延续.本文以地理专业英语为例,就地理专业英语在教学内容、教学模式、教学手段、课时分布、学生水平差异等方面面临的问题进行分析,并提出了对应的教学改革方法.As a main course of each major in higher normal education, English for Special Purpose （ESP） is to some extent the continuation of general English. This study analyzed the problems in teaching materials, teaching models, teaching methods, class hour allocation and differences of students baed on the teaching processes of ge- ographical specialty English and proposed corresponding reform techniques to the problems.
