摘  要:文章对甘蔗健康糖品生产工艺过程进行了分析研究,提出了高品质红糖生产工艺方法,通过对该工艺过程的物料衡算和热量衡算,研究了稀汁浓缩耦合三效真空浓缩的热力方案,以及该方案下的标煤和蔗渣经济平衡性。结果显示:该方案综合汽耗为28.74%对蔗比,相比传统五效工艺方案的汽耗水平45%对蔗比,有较好的节能水平,其对标煤和蔗渣的经济平衡点分别为301.89元/吨和134.48元/吨。In this paper, the process of healthy candy production was analyzed. A high quality brown sugar production process was put forward. Through the material balance and heat balance ,the thermodynamic schemes of three-effect vacuum concentration coupled with dilute juice concentration were studied. The economic balance of standard coal and bagasse under the scheme was analyzed. The results show that:the comprehensive steam consumption is 28.74% for the ratio of sugarcane,compared with the traditional five-effect process of 45% of the ratio of sugarcane,it has a better energy level. The standard coal and bagasse economic balance were 301.89 yuan/ton and 134.48 yuan/ton
