摘 要:胡适职业教育思想具有鲜明的时代特征。他针对实业教育与时代脱节的状况,力图以学制改革确立职业教育地位,主张职业教育要适应民族资本主义工商业发展需要、适应地方发展需要、适应学生个性发展需要。胡适职业教育思想是当时中国社会进化呼唤下的产物,美国的教育思想和教育制度是它的主要理论渊源,同时其自身的求学经验也为之提供了有益启发。胡适推动建立了适应"时势之需"的职业教育体系,促进了当时西方先进的现代职业教育思想在中国的普及,也开启了以人为本的职业教育发展趋势。There are distinct historical features in Hu Shi's vocational education thoughts. Based on the disjointed phenomenon between industrial education and reality, he pushed forward the schooling system reformation in order to establish the status of vocational education, and advocated that vocational education should meet the need of developing national capitalism industry and commerce, local economy, and students' personality. Hu's thought on vocational education is the product of social evolution. Hu's points mainly came from American vocational educational thought and system as well as his own study experience. Hu Shi promoted the establishment of the vocational education system meeting the historical demand, helped the widespread of advanced vocational education thought of the western countries in China, and started the human-centered development trend of vocational education.
