摘　　要：[目的]对甘肃省2011-2015年乡村卫生人力资源数据进行分析,摸清甘肃省农村卫生人力资源变化及其现状,并结合实际提出相应对策和建议。[方法]选取《2016年甘肃省发展年鉴》和《2016年中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴》中的相关数据,运用SPSS 18.0和Excel 2010进行数据相关性统计和结果描述性分析。[结果]农村卫生人员增长幅度比较缓慢;村卫生室医师执业程度仍然处在较低水平;乡村医生和卫生员总数有下降趋势;平均每千农业人口村卫生人员数低于全国平均水平。[结论]甘肃省近5年农村卫生人力资源总体水平在不断提高,但卫生人员总量仍不足,医护比未达到理想水平,每千农业人口拥有村卫生人员数水平不高。Objective Through analyzing rural human health resources data from 2011 to 2015 in Gansu province, to find out the changes and current situation of rural health human resources in Gansu province, and put forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions in combination with actual situation. Methods It selected related data from ＂Yearbook of Development in Gansu Province in 2016＂ and ＂Statistical Year- book of Health and Family Planning in China in 2016＂ . Data dependency statistics and descriptive analysis were by using SPSS 18.0 and Excel 2010. Results The amplification of rural health staffs was slow. The practice level of villages clinics physicians was still low. The sum of rural doctors and health workers was in downtrend. The average number of health workers per thousand rural population was lower than national aver-age. Conclusions In resent 5 years, overall level of rural health human resources in Gansu province is improved continually. But, the gross of health staffs is insufficient. The ratio of doctors and nurses has not reached ideality level. The number of health workers per thousand rural population was low.
