摘　　要：《中医药法》确立中医医师可以通过资格考核取得医师资格。本文着眼于《执业医师法》,分析中医医师资格考核所涉及的主要法律问题。According to the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine, the person who conducts traditional Chinese medical （TCM） activities can obtain the qualification as a TCM physician through TCM physician qualification test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the legal issues related to the Chinese Medicine Practitioners Licensing Examination from the point of view of the Law on Practicing Doctors of the People＇s Republic of China.
