摘  要:目的探讨安全训练观察程序在护理专业实习行为安全管理中的应用效果。方法成立安全观察小组,针对临床护理教师及其所带教学生,运用安全训练观察程序,实施现场安全观察与行为训练,并评价效果。结果安全训练观察程序应用后,涉及护理专业学生的不良事件、锐器伤发生率降低,92.4%的学生对安全训练观察方法持肯定态度。结论安全训练观察程序的应用能够有效提升护理专业学生临床实践环节中的安全能力,促进临床教学安全管理。Objective To explore the application effect of safety training observation program (STOP) on the behavior safety management of nursing students. Methods The establishment of safety observation group, for clinical nursing teachers and their teaching and nursing students, the use of safety training observation program, the implementation of field safety observation and behavior training, and evaluation results. Results After the application of safety training program, the incidence rate of sharp injury was signifi- cantly reduced, which was related to the adverse events of nursing students, and the nursing students of 92.40% had a positive attitude towards safety training. Conclusions The application of safety training obser- vation program can effectively improve the safety ability of nursing students in clinical practice, and promote the management of clinical teaching safety.
