摘 要:针对摩托车起动/发电一体机快速平稳起动的要求,为克服常规直接转矩控制的积分零点漂移所造成的低速转矩波动较大的缺点,提出了单转矩环控制方法;为缩短其发电阶段电压调节时间、减小超调量和电压波动,提出PI控制调节功率开关管的导通角实现电压调整的单周期发电模式;起动发电一体机的仿真及实验结果表明:单转矩环控制方法实现了起动快速平稳、转矩波动小,单周期发电模式实现了发电电压调节时间短、超调量小、稳态电压波动小,验证了该方法的有效性。In order to ensure the fast and stable start of the starter/generator and improve the disadvantages of low torque ripple caused by the integral zero drift of conventional direct torque control, the method of sin- gle torque loop control was proposed in this paper. Considering the voltage regulation time, modulation and voltage fluctuation during the generation stage, the PI control method was employed to regulate the conduc- tion angle of MOSFET, and then, the voltage regulated single cycle generation mode was achieved. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of these methods were validated through the simulation and the experiments of the starter/generator. The advantages of the fast and stable start, the small torque ripple, the short generator voltage regulation time, the small modulation and the small steady voltage fluctuation were shown successfully.
