摘　　要：基于二语习得理论,围绕黑龙江地区英语中介语语音石化现象,分析了黑龙江英语语音石化的原因,研究了黑龙江方言对英语语音的表现、感知和学习等方面的负迁移作用,并提出充分发挥"互联网+"背景下专业英语教育产品的优势作用,推动解决黑龙江地区英语语音石化现象。Based on the theory of second language acquisition,in view of the phenomenon of fossilization of English interlanguage in Heilongjiang area in the paper,the reason of the fossilization was analyzed. The negative transfer of Heilongjiang dialect to English pronunciation,perception and learning was studied.Meanwhile,it advocates that the advantages of professional English education products are supposed to be given full concentration under Internet plus background,which is also helpful to deal with the phenomenon of fossilization in Heilongjiang area.
