摘　　要：目的探讨临床医生掌握医学分子生物学理论和进展对临床肿瘤的诊断和治疗的重要性。方法分析以肿瘤发生相关的特异性分子作为治疗靶点的"分子靶向治疗"药物在现代肿瘤,包括神经系统肿瘤治疗中的作用。结果医学分子生物学理论和技术对临床肿瘤的诊断和治疗的发展起着推动作用,从分子生物学水平进行治疗已是现今肿瘤治疗领域的重要特征。结论国内广大临床医生对于分子生物学知识的掌握仍相对不足,这在一定程度上制约了"分子靶向治疗"在基层医院的开展。因此,临床医生通过继续教育掌握医学分子生物学的基本理论及最新进展是十分必要和迫切的。Objective The study aims to investigate the importance of mastering theories and latest developments of medical molecular biology for diagnosis and treatment of cancer for the physicians in clinical practice. Methods The effects of drugs using in molecular targeted therapy for the treatment of cancer including brain cancer by interfering with specific targeted molecules which was needed for carcinogenesis and tumor growth. Results The theories and technologies of medical molecular biology promoted the development of diagnosis and treatment of cancer in clinical practices. Treatment strategies at the level of molecular biology had been the important characteristics of modem oncologic therapy. Conclusion The knowledge of medical melecular biology mastered by most of the Chinese physicians is not enough, which impedes the application of molecular targeted therapy in grass- roots hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent for clinicians to master the basic theories and latest developments of medical molecular biology.
