摘  要:在开关磁阻电机SRM(switched reluctance motor)传统控制策略中,电流斩波控制CCC(chopped currentcontrol)由于斩波频率不固定,不利于主电路滤波器的设计和电磁噪声的消除,且运行过程中容易产生较大的转矩波动,限制了SRM的应用范围。为此,提出了一种新型无差拍电流预测控制算法,建立了SRM的基本数学模型,利用无差拍理论推导出下一时刻给定电压值,并经算法优化和参数修正,提高了电机运行过程中电流控制的准确度。仿真和实验结果验证了无差拍电流预测控制在开关磁阻电机中的可行性,与传统CCC方法相比,该方法能有效减小SRM的转矩波动,改善系统的稳态性能。In the traditional control strategy of switched reluctance motor(SRM),the switching frequency of chopped current control(CCC)is not fixed,so it is not conducive to the design of filter and the elimination of electromagnetic noise.Moreover,it is easy to induce a large torque ripple during operation,which limits the application of SRM.Therefore,a new deadbeat predictive current control algorithm is proposed.The mathematical model of SRM is established,and the voltage value at the next time point is derived by using the deadbeat theory.Moreover,through optimization algorithm and parameter modification,the accuracy of current control in operation is improved.Results of simulation and tests verify the feasibility of the proposed control method applied to switched reluctance motor.Compared with the traditional chopped current control,the proposed strategy enjoys lower torque ripples and improves the steady performance of the system.
