摘 要:目的了解宁海县食源性疾病的发病特征和流行情况,为食源性疾病的防控提供参考依据。方法对2015年-2016年宁海县食源性疾病监测数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2015年-2016年宁海县共报告食源性疾病802例,5月-10月为发病高峰,20岁~60岁是高发人群,临床症状以腹泻、腹痛、恶心、呕吐为主。共检出致病菌101株,检出率为12.59%,其中副溶血性弧菌82株、沙门菌17株、志贺菌2株。水产类食品是主要的原因食品。进食场所以家庭为主。结论夏秋季是宁海县食源性疾病的高发季节,副溶血性弧菌是主要致病微生物,应对当地居民开展针对性的健康教育。Objective To understanding the epidemiological characteristics and prevalence status of food-borne diseases in Ninghai,so as to provide reference basis for prevention and control of food borne diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on foodborne disease surveillance data in Ninghai from 2015 to 2016. Results A total of 802 cases of food-borne diseases were reported in Ninghai during 2015-2016. May-October was the peak of disease; 20-60 years old group was the high incidence population; the clinical symptoms were diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting. 101 pathogen strains were detected with the ditection rate of 12. 59%,and in which 82 strains were Vibrio parahaemolyticus,17 strains were Salmonella,2 strains were Shigella. Aquatic food were the leading cause for food-borne diseases. Family was the main place of food-borne diseases. Conclusion In Ninghai,summer and autumn are the high season of food-borne disease.Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the main pathogenic microorganism. Targeted health education should be conducted for local residents.
