摘  要:目的分析桂北地区髓细胞白血病患者染色体核型及融合基因信息,探讨髓细胞白血病患者发病的细胞遗传学及分子生物学特点及其临床意义。方法收集桂北地区髓细胞白血病患者临床资料及骨髓标本,应用G显带及实时荧光定量PCR技术检测患者的染色体核型以及融合基因信息。结果共收集到髓细胞白血病患者40例,其中包括急性髓细胞白血病患者24例,慢性髓细胞白血病患者16例。G显带核型分析发现异常核型患者26例,包括4例罕见的核型;实时荧光定量PCR分析发现融合基因阳性患者21例。结论染色体核型及融合基因分析有利于髓细胞白血病诊断,可以为临床治疗以及预后提供更准确的依据。Objective:To analyze the information of karyotypes and fusion gene in the patients with myelocytic leukemia in the northern Guangxi. Methods:The clinical data and bone marrow prepare of the patients were collected,G-banding technique and real time PCR were used for chromosomal karyotyping and fusion gene analysis respectively. Results:There were 40 cases of patients with leukemia,of which 24 cases were the patients with acute myelocytic leukemia,16 cases were patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia. There were 26 cases of patients with abnormal karyotype,including 4 cases of patient with rare karyotype;there were 21 cases of patients with fusion genes that were detected by real time PCR. Conclusion:It is valuable for myelocytic leukemia diagnosis by chromosomal karyotyping and fusion gene analysis,which may provide more accurate evidence for clinical treatment and prognosis.
