高等教育前普及化时代轮机工程人才培养探析

摘　　要：随着1999年高等教育扩招改革,我国无论是高等院校数量还是招生数量都大幅提升,再则地方经济发展不平衡,导致传统的人才培养方案不适应新的需求。文章结合轮机工程专业培养现状,对课程设置、经费投入、实习安排、学生心态和学生就业压力等方面进行了深入探析。在院校定位、师资配置、人才培养模式、保障措施、教材编写、专业宣传和实践创新能力培养方面提出了措施以适应高等教育发展的趋势。可作为开设轮机工程专业的院校参考。With the effect of the expanding enrollment reform in higher education in 1999,not only the quantities of colleges and universities,but also their enrollment scales increase dramatically, with which the unbalance in local economical development causes the traditional personnel training scheme does not meet the new demand.This paper, combining with the current situation of marine engineering education,analyses deeply on the course arrangement,input funds,practice arrangement, students mentality and employment pressure.The measures in the aspects of the orientation of colleges and universities,the allocation of teachers,the personnel training mode,the supporting measures,the compilation of teaching materials,the propaganda in marine engineering and the abilities in innovation and practice are put forward to adapt to the trend of higher education development.It can be used as a reference for the colleges and universities that offer marine engineering major.
