摘　　要：以嵌入式方向人才培养为目标,针对嵌入式方向理论课程体系中理论讲授过多,实践偏少、实践教学缺乏实践环境与平台支持以及学生学习过程中缺乏兴趣,积极性不高等问题,结合卓越工程师计划与学科竞赛平台,通过构建嵌入式方向理论与实践课程体系,建立基于卓越目标的创新型嵌入式人才培养平台与"学竞一体"的嵌入式学科竞赛平台等措施进行改革,希望对高校培养嵌入式方向实践创新型人才起到参考作用。For the embedded professionals training in Chinese universities,the theory teaching is too much,practice teaching is too few. It lacks practice environment and platform support in practice teaching,and students learning process lacks interest,and enthusiasm is not high. Combined with excellent engineers training and discipline competition platform,we carry out teaching reform through the construction of embedded direction of the theory and practice of curriculum system. The establishment of innovative embedded talent training platform is based on ＂Learning and Competition＂platform. We hope our experience can play a reference role in the cultivation of innovative talents in the universities.
