高校实验农场的建设及其发展定位

摘　　要：高等农业院校实验农场不仅是教学、科研的实践基地,而且肩负农业推广先进技术的任务,在科技成果转化中起到促进作用,具有不可替代性。农业与生物学院审视昔日农学院实验农场存在的问题,根据学院专业特色,从建设一流农科的要求出发,科学拟定学院发展定位,确立了实验农场的战略地位,建立了对应教学、科研、创新及推广示范服务的实践基地,完善农场建设的硬件条件,为学生提供良好的创新实践平台和技术指导,提高了学院办学水平。对实验农场的正常运行提出保障机制,从加强领导、调研参观和加强技术人才配置方面加强对实验农场的管理,实现农场可持续发展。The experimental farm of an agricultural college is not only the practice base of teaching and scientific research,but also plays the role of promoting advanced technologies of agriculture,and transforming scientific and technological achievements,it is irreplaceable. School of Agriculture and Biology of Shanghai Jiaotong University examined the problems of the former farm of Shanghai Agricultural College,according to the professional characteristics of school and requirements of creating the first-class agriculture. It orientated development direction of school scientificly,and confirmed strategic position of the experimental farm. It established the corresponding teaching,research,innovation and promotion of demonstration services of practice base,improved the hardware conditions of the farm construction,and provided a great platform of innovation practice and technical guidance for students,so it promoted the educating leval of the school. For the normal operation of the experimental farm,it also put forward the corresponding safeguard mechanism from aspects of strengthening leadership,investigation and survey,and technical personnel allocation,to strengthen the management of the experimental farm,and realize the sustainable development of the farm.
