高校国有资产精细化管理路径探析

摘　　要：高等教育已进入大众化阶段,作为高校重要办学基础保障条件的国有资产,数量日趋庞大,种类繁多,资金投入迅猛增加。国有资产管理科学与否,直接影响高校办学整体效益。高校要转变观念,改变传统粗放式管理方式,加强创新,从"机制、制度、执行、技术和效果"5个层面,探索国有资产精细化管理路径,以利提高国有资产管理综合效益。Higher education has entered the popular stage,the number of state-owned assets in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly large,and capital investment also is increasing rapidly. The scientific management of stateowned assets has a direct impact on the overall benefits of running colleges and universities. In order to change the concept,change the traditional extensive management mode,and strengthen innovation,this paper explores the stateowned assets management path from the five aspects of mechanism,system,implementation,technology and effect. The exploration can improve the comprehensive benefit of state-owned asset management.
