摘　　要：翻译科学和翻译艺术在翻译实践和翻译研究中是不可分开的。无论是翻译科学还是翻译艺术都必须接受翻译哲学的指导。因而,有必要扼要地介绍何谓翻译哲学,进而阐释许先生《翻译的哲学》的创新思维,即"美化之势"这一哲学话语内涵与外延的学术性、严密性与翻译魅力。此可谓是许先生再次许约"译学要敢为天下先"的生动表现,也为推动"一带一路"建设,争取得到国际舞台话语权增添了取之不尽,用之不竭正能量。Translation science and art are inseparable in translation practice and studies. They both need to be guided under translation philosophy. Therefore, it is necessary to describe the general picture of translation philosophy, and further to introduce some original ideas in Translation Philosophy by Xu Yuanchong, namely, the trend of beautification and its charm in translation process. That lively embodies Xu Yuanchong＇s proposition that translation study should be a pilot science of all sciences. His translation theory will promote the building of ＂the Road and Belt Initiative＂, and strengthen the discourse power of Chinese culture in the global stage.
