摘 要:以‘红阳’‘金阳’2个中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)品种的果实为试材,通过人工模拟不同高温及持续时间,统计果实日灼斑发生率、测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化活性生理生化指标,探讨猕猴桃果实对高温日灼病的响应。结果表明:在2 000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)高强光下‘金阳’和‘红阳’的阈值温度均为35℃,但‘红阳’果实表皮日灼比‘金阳’延迟2 h;丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均随温度及持续时间的增加呈增加趋势。‘金阳’在30℃(2 h)+35℃(2 h)处理下的日灼斑发生率、MDA含量和SOD活性下均小于35℃(4 h)热处理下;过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随温度升高,先升高后期下降;一定范围内逐渐升温锻炼对猕猴桃果实提高高温适应能力有一定作用,并且不同品种间高温抗氧化反应敏感度存在差异。The fruits of Actinidia chinensis Planch. varieties ' Hong yang' and ' Jing yang' were used as test materials to discuss the responses of kiwi sunburn damaged by high temperatures. By artificially simulated different high temperatures and duration times of artificial climate box, the fruit sunburned rate, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and antioxidant activity of the physiological indexes were studied. The results showed that under 2 000 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 high-strength light, 35 ℃ was the tolerance threshold temperature for both kiwi varieties, but the sunburned damage time of ‘Hongyang' was 2 hours later than that of' Jinyang' ; The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased with the increase of temperature and duration time. , The sunburn rate, MDA content and SOD activity of' Jinyang' under the treatment of 30 ℃ (2 h) + 35 ℃ (2 h)were less than under the 35 ℃ (4 h)heat treatment; The activity of peroxidase (POD)and catalase (CAT) firstly increased with temperature, and then decreased. Within a certain range of temperature training on kiwi fruit could improve the ability to adapt high temperature, and there were differences among different varieties about the antioxidant sensitivity under high temperature.
