摘  要:[目的]了解医学生积极心理品质现状和影响因素,为高校心理健康教育干预提供实践依据。[方法]采取整群抽样方法,采用当代大学生主要积极品质重要性评价问卷、心理弹性量表、健全人格取向心理健康量表和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版对安徽省某医学院校1 179名医学生进行调查。[结果]医学生积极心理品质总分为(4.37±0.36)分,总体情况良好;医学生积极心理品质认知主要受年级、年龄、兴趣爱好、身体健康和参与活动的影响。多元逐步回归分析表明:年级、身体健康状况、年龄、心理健康总分及其情绪调控和勇于挑战维度能解释积极心理品质认知12.8%的变量。[结论]医学生积极心理品质认知总体较好,医学院校应关注医学生积极心理品质的培养,从而提高医学生综合素质。Objective:To probe into the status quo of positive psychological quality and its influencing factors of medical students,and to provide practical basis for intervention of mental health education in Universities.Methods:A total of 1 179 medical students in a medical college in Anhui province were investigated with the main positive quality questionnaire resilience scale,Healthy Personality Orientation of mental health scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire China version by cluster sampling method.Results:The total score of positive psychological quality of medical students was(4.37±0.36),and the overall situation was good;The positive psychological quality of medical students was mainly influenced by grades,age,hobbies,physical health and participation activities.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that grade,physical health,age,total score of mental health,emotional regulation and challenge could explain 12.8%of the positive psychological quality.Conclusions:The general level of positive psychological quality of medical students was better.Medical colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of the positive psychological quality of medical students,and then to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students.
