摘　　要：本文旨在利用ABB360机器人特性,结合食盐立式袋产品特点及自动化装箱需求,通过构建机器人工作站模式与立式袋产品装箱方式的运用研究,成功克服了食盐异形包装自动化装箱难题,为企业两化融合发展和食盐安全溯源系统提供技术支撑,是ABB360机器人在食盐生产企业建设智能化车间的成功运用。The purpose of this paper is to use ABB360 robot features, combining with the characteristics of salt vertical bag products and automation packing demand, by research of building a robot workstation and vertical bag product packing way, successfully overcome the salt packing special-shaped automation problem. It provides the technical support to the enterprise development and salt safety system. It is a successful application of ABB360 robot in intelligent building workshop of salt production enterprises.
