摘　　要：随着电子商务的发展以及互联网的兴起,物流专业校企合作一直是各高职院校探索研究的课题,结合市场调研和地区产业分析,文中提出了一种名为仓配客的全新的一体化校企合作模式,该模式通过在学校内部建立企业配送中心,实现仓储、配送、客户服务一体化操作流程,采用企业自营或学校经营两种合作模式,通过订单式或岗位式两种人才培养模式,紧密围绕企业实际需求培养对口人才。With the development of electronic commerce and the rise of the Internet,logistics professional university-enterprise cooperation of exploring study in higher vocational colleges has always been the topic,combined with market research and the analysis of regional industry,the paper puts forward a new called Warehouse and distribution and customer service integration university-enterprise cooperation pattern,this pattern through the distribution centers are established within the school,integrates warehousing,distribution,customer service process,uses the business proprietary or school two cooperation models,by train or job type two kinds of talent training mode,focusing on the needs of enterprise actual counterpart talent cultivation.
