摘　　要：美国高等教育的成功在世界上有目共睹,当前中国高校在教学改革中不断学习汲取其先进的理念,借鉴美国经验的改革实践也在逐渐推进。文中从弹性学制、专业设置、课程选择、教学模式、课程考核多方面对中美高校商科专业的差异进行对比分析,为中国高校本科教育改革寻求启示。分析表明,我国在诸多方面存在明显的问题和不足,如何发挥弹性学制的灵活性,建立宽口径的专业设置,改革教学模式,实施灵活多样的考核方式,是中国高校积极有效提高教学质量、办学水平的重要措施。The success of American higher education is obvious in the world. At present,Chinese universities are learning from US advanced concepts in teaching reform and experience. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences in major of business between Chinese and American colleges and universities from the aspects of flexible academic system,professional setting,curriculum choice,teaching mode and curriculum assessment in order to find inspiration for undergraduate education reform in Chinese universities. The analysis shows that China has obvious problems and shortcomings in many aspects.How to make advantage of the flexibility of academic system,establish of wide-caliber professional settings is the important measures of Chinese universities to actively improve the quality of teaching.
