德国职业教育法治建设对我国职业教育的启示

摘　　要：重视职业教育法治建设是德国职业教育的成功经验之一。德国职业教育法治建设对我国职业教育的启示,主要是:加快职业教育立法,构建衔接配套机制;适时修订职业教育法规,完善法规体系;兼顾职业教育法规体系的科学性和有效性;完善职业教育执法监督机制。Attaching importance to the legal construction in vocational education is one of the successful experi-ences of German vocational education. The enlightenment of the legal construction of German vocational education to China’s vocational education is to speed up the legislation of vocational education,construct supporting and cohesive mechanism,timely amend vocational education laws and regulations, improve the system of laws and regulations, take into account the scientific nature and effectiveness of the vocational education law system and perfect the super-vision mechanism of vocational education law.
