摘  要:江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校坚持"潜能德育"的育人理念,针对中职生自卑自弃、怕苦怕累、责任感缺失、合作精神缺乏等严重影响未来职场发展的共性问题,构建了中职生"潜能德育"的校本活动课程,开展了一系列特色德育活动。在活动课程实施的过程中,主要运用了实践锻炼法、自我教育法、榜样示范法、情感陶冶法、专题讲座法和多元立体评价法,取得了显著的德育成效,实现了学生自信、自律、自觉,得到了家长、用人单位和社会的好评。Aiming at the common problems of the secondary vocational school students that seriously affect the future development of the workplace, such as inferiority, self - renunciation, fear of hardships, loss of sense of re-sponsibility and spirit of cooperation, Yangzhou Tourism and Business School constructed the school - based activity curriculum of secondary vocational school students by adhering to the ^potential moral education^ concept of educat-ing people and carried out a series of characteristic moral education activities. In the process of the implementation of activity curriculum, practice method, self - education method and model demonstration method, emotional edify method, lecture method and multi - dimensional evaluation method are used and have achieved remarkable results in moral education. Students’ self - confidence, self - discipline and consciousness have been achieved, and they have been praised by parents, employers and society.
