摘　　要：在分析中医硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接的必要性、可行性基础上,结合天津中医药大学中医硕士专业学位研究生培养实际情况,阐述了在衔接过程中出现的问题及相应解决办法,最后就如何进一步做好中医学硕士专业学位培养做出了思考。Based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the connection between TCM master professional degree stu-dents cultivation and standardized training of resident doctors, combined with the actual situation of TCM master professional degree students cultivation in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper expounds the problem and the corresponding so-lution in the process of connection, then thinks that how to do better on TCM master professional degree students cultivation.
