高职高专法律类专业学生学习现状调查与研究——以湖南司法警官职业学院为例

摘　　要：为研究高职高专法律类专业学生学习状况和学生专业技能情况,课题组就湖南司法警官职业学院8个法律类专业的一千余名学生及部分专任教师进行调研。内容涵盖学习主动性、学习目标性、学习合作性、专业学习针对性、专业技能掌握、专业学习途径等。从学生个人、教学和学校三方面,对造成这些现状的原因进行分析,进而提出建议。The paper investigates more than one thousand students of law major in eight specialties of law of Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College and some full-time teachers on students＇ learning status and professional skills, including students＇ learning initiative, leeiming target, learning cooperativeness, professional learning pertinence, skill mastery and professional learning means, finding some problems about students＇ learning. Based on the investigation, the paper analyzes the causes for these problems from students, teaching and college and proposes some suggestions.
