摘 要:目的了解张家港市食源性疾病的病原学及流行病学特征,为今后的防控工作提供参考依据。方法收集2013—2015年在张家港市两家哨点医院就诊的腹泻病患者信息,并采集患者粪便进行病原体检测。结果 3年共采集粪便标本899例,检出147例(16.35%),其中11例(7.48%)存在合并感染;检出各类细菌病毒共158株,其中细菌感染中弧菌属占比最高(45/126,35.71%);病毒感染以诺如病毒为主(29/32,90.63%)。年龄分布集中在20~59岁年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论张家港市食源性疾病的主要病原为弧菌属和诺如病毒,感染形式已从单一病原感染向多种病原合并感染转变。需加强食源性疾病的监测能力和卫生教育,引导人们保持均衡饮食,防止食源性疾病的发生。[Objective] To understand the pathogenic and epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Zhangjiagang City,provide reference for the prevention and control work in the future. [Methods]The information of the diarrhea patients were collected from two sentinel hospitals in Zhangjiagang City from 2013-2015,and the stool samples were collected for pathogen detection.[Results]147(16.35%)cases were detected in 899 stool samples during three years,and the concurrent infection was identified in 11 cases(7.48%). Totally 158 strains of bacteria and viruses were detected,the most frequent bacterial pathogen was the genus Vibrio(45/126,35.71%),and the norovirus(29/32,90.63%)was the most common virus in viral infection. Most of patients were people aged 20-59 years old,and the difference was statistically significant among age groups(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]Vibrio and norovirus are the main pathogens of foodborne diseases in Zhangjiagang City,and the infection form has changed from single pathogen infection to concurrent infection with multiple pathogens. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring ability of foodborne diseases and health education,and guide people to keep a balanced diet to prevent the occurrence of the foodborne diseases.
