摘　　要：目的:回顾分析保留Retzius间隙的机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术的手术方法和疗效。方法:收集2016年9月1日~2017年2月28日在我中心行该术式的100例患者,年龄(68.4±7.1)岁,初始前列腺特异性抗原为(23.6±4.4)ng/ml。结果:100例手术均成功完成,未改变术式。手术时间为(107±19)min,术中失血量为(65±15)ml。总切缘阳性率为40%。即时尿控率16%,1、2、3个月尿控率分别为82%、95%、95%。结论:保留Retzius间隙的机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术是局限性前列腺癌安全有效的微创外科治疗方法。Objective：To retrospectively evaluate the surgery skill and effects of Retzius-sparing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy（RS-RARP）for prostate cancer.Method：From September 1st,2016 to February 28 th,2017,100 consecutive patients underwent RS-RARP were selected.The median age of patients was（68.4±7.1）years old,and the median initial prostate specific antigen was（23.6±4.4）ng/ml.Result：All the operations were successful without conversion.The median operative time is（107±19）minutes.The median estimated blood loss was（65±15）ml.The overall positive surgical margin rate was 40%.The early continence rate right after removal of catheter,one month,two months,and three months after RS-RARP was 16%,82%,95%,95% respectively.Conclusion：RS-RARP may be considered as an effective and safe minimal-invasion surgical approach for localized prostate cancer.
