摘　　要：美国作为世界网球强国,在青少年网球运动员培养方面有许多成功经验值得我们思考与借鉴。运用文献分析法、专家访谈法、比较分析法对美国青少年网球运动员培养体系进行分析,为我国青少年网球运动员培养提供启示:营造良好网球运动氛围,促进青少年网球参与;进一步健全青少年体育政策体系,监管执行,缓解学训矛盾;政府宏观调控,推进社会组织自主管理;以"运动员导向"训练理念为引导,关注运动员的全面发展;规范赛事,打造精品青少年网球系列赛事。As a powerful sport country, the United States has outstanding performances in tennis in the world, which is closely related to its perfect youth tennis cultivation system. This study concentrates on the cultivation system of American youth tennis players by means of looking through literature, expert interview, logical analysis and so on. The study aims to put forward beneficial inspiration for improving the training system of Chinese adolescents tennis players ： creating a better society atmosphere and promoting youth tennis participation;with effectively supervision making further efforts to improve youth policy system and solving the problem between studying and training; with macroscopic readjustment of government, it should push society organization to self-management;Leading with the ＇ athletes orientation＇ ,it should pay close atten- tion to athletes overall development;normalizing competition and making best competition of youth tennis event.
