摘 要:根据双离合器结合过程的特征,双离合器传递的力矩能够克服整车阻力矩,使车辆由静止到运动的瞬间所对应的双离合器位置称之为双离合器的半结合点。文章主要研究在实际工程项目中如何根据不同温度环境、驾驶工况等准确的对双离合器的半结合点进行标定,并通过对双离合器半结合点的标定确保蠕动、起步及换档等整车驾驶性良好,同时通过实车验证该标定方法的有效性。According to the characteristics of dual clutch during the combining process, when the torque transmitted by the dual clutch can overcome the resistance torque of the whole vehicle, and the vehicle start to move from stationary, then the dual clutch position is called kiss point. This paper mainly studies how to calibrate the kiss point according to different temperature and driving conditions in actual project, and based on the calibration for dual clutch kiss point to ensure the creep/launch/shifting drivability of the vehicle, at the same time, the validity of this calibration method is verified by real vehicle.
