复方阿替卡因用于口腔修复局部麻醉疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析复方阿替卡因用于口腔修复局部麻醉效果.方法 将220 例随机分为2 组,研究组采用复方阿替卡因药物进行局部麻醉,对照组采用盐酸利多卡因进行局部麻醉.对比两组患者的麻醉效果,麻醉的起效时间以及麻醉并发症的发生情况.结果 研究组患者的总有效率为100%,对照组患者的总有效率为86.4%,研究组效果明显较优,差异对比有统计学意义（P〈0. 05 ）;研究组患者的麻醉起效时间明显优于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;研究组患者麻醉期间并发症发生率为2.7%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为17.3%,研究组明显比对照组低,差异对比有统计学意义（P 〈 0. 05）.结论 口腔修复患者而言,采用复方阿替卡因进行局部麻醉,可取得较高的疗效,不仅起效较早,还具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用.Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of compound articaine in prosthodontics. Methods A total of 220patients were randomized into two groups. The study group was given with compound articaine for local anesthesia, while thecontrol group was treated with lidocaine hydrochloride. The anesthesia effect, the onset time of anesthesia, and the incidenceof anesthesia complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group wasbetter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （100% vs 86.4%, P〈0.05）. The time of onset ofanesthesia in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications was 2.7% in the study group and 17.3% in the control group. The study group wassignificant better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For local anesthesia of prosthodontics, compound articaine canachieve a high efficacy, early onset, and a high safety. It is worthy of clinical use.
