面向独立学院软件工程CDIO模式教学改革

摘　　要：当前独立学院软件工程专业教学不应该回避的一些事实是,一方面学生就业难,另一方面企业招聘人才难。独立学院的传统教学模式的弊端日益显露,为了改革传统教学模式,在软件工程专业教学中落实CDIO工程教学理念。CDIO即构思、设计、实施、运行,是国际工程教学的先进成果。本文主要描述了应用CDIO对软件工程教学进行的改革探索。通过修改培养目标、调整课程体系、改变实践教学方式、改革考核方式、加强过程控制,全面提高学生的软件工程实践能力,提高就业质量。There is an unavoidable fact in the current softwareengineering teaching of independent colleges that both studentsand enterprises have difficulties in employment. The shortcom-ings of the traditional teaching mode of independent colleges areincreasingly revealed. In order to reform the traditional teachingmode, the CDIO project teaching idea is implemented in theteaching of software engineering. CDIO is conception, design,implementation and operation, and is the advanced results of in-ternational engineering teaching. This paper mainly elaboratesthe application of CDIO in software engineering teaching reform.By modifying the training objectives, adjusting the curriculumsystem, changing the practice teaching methods, reforming theassessment methods, and strengthening the process control, weaim to comprehensively improve students＇ practice ability of soft-ware engineering and improve the quality of employment.
