摘　　要：本文以华东理工大学全日制专业学位研究生为调查对象,就全日制专业学位研究生的实践教学环节进行问卷调查,并基于问卷调查的数据对全日制专业学位研究生实践教学培养的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,为提高实践教学质量提出如下对策与建议:争取政策扶持实现校企双赢,促进实践教学基地可持续发展;优化校企实践教学管理方法,鼓励各基地结合自身特色差异化发展;组建实践导向的教学团队,提高专业学位论文与实践教学的关联性。Based on the questionnaires filled by the full-time Professional Master Candidates of East China University of Science and Technology（ECUST）,the current situation and existing problems of practice teaching were studied and analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve the quality of practical reaching,including seeking for policy support to achieve a win-win situation and promote sustainable development of practice teaching base of the university,optimizing the management method of practice teaching of university and proposing enterprises to encourage distinctive development of individual base according to their own characteristics,building practice-oriented teaching team to enhance the relevance between professional degree thesis and practice teaching.
