道路安全的家庭氛围量表的修订及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的检验修订版道路安全的家庭氛围量表在我国驾驶员测量中的信度和效度。方法使用修订版道路安全的家庭氛围量表和驾驶风格量表,对321名驾驶员进行测量。结果修订后的道路安全的家庭氛围量表由36个题目组成,分为反馈、无安全承诺、榜样、监控、限制、沟通6个维度,累计方差解释率为58.84%。量表总的内部一致性系数是0.92,量表各因素与总分的相关系数在0.52~0.86之间,且相关显著。量表各维度与驾驶风格量表各维度之间的相关显著,说明量表的相容效度较好。结论修订后的道路安全的家庭氛围量表信效度良好,可以用来测量我国驾驶员对道路安全的家庭氛围的认知。Objective To test the reliability, validity and applicability of the revised version of Family Climate for Road Safety Scale （FCRSS） among Chinese drivers. Methods 321 drivers took the test of Chinese version of FCRSS and Driving Style Scale. A final version of FCRSS was got after data analysis, exploratory factor analysis （EFA） and confirmatory factor analysis （CFA）. Results The final version of FCRSS consisted of 36 items, which was divided into 6 factors ： feedback, noncommitment, modeling, monitoring, limits, and communication. The factors＇ra- tio of cumulative contribution was 58.84%. The Cronbach＇s et of the whole inventory was 0.92, Pearson correlations between the scales and the whole inventory were from 0.52 to 0.86, all Ps 〈 0.01. The dimensions of the scale are significantly correlated with the dimensions of the Driving Style Scale, indicating that the scale has good compatibility. Conclusion FCRSS has good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a tool to assess Chinese drivers＂ family climate for road safety in the future researches.
