摘　　要：专业学位研究生培养模式及其保障制度研究是近年来的热点之一。选取江苏省部分高校开展专业学位研究生培养模式及其保障制度的实证调查,详细了解专业学位研究生、导师以及教育管理人员在招生与就业、培养与保障、导师指导、满意度和忠诚度、导入现代学徒制态度等方面的基本信息,并运用重要性/满意度绩效差距方法,探析专业学位研究生在教育培养及质量保障方面所感知的重要性和满意度,最后得出调查的初步结论及优先行动建议。It is one of the hot issues in recent years to study the professional degree graduate training mode and its guarantee system. An empirical investigation was conducted in some universities in Jiangsu Province. Basic information was revealed as to students＇ recruitment and employment,students＇ training and its guarantee,supervisors＇ guidance,satisfaction and loyalty,and management personnel＇s attitude towards modern apprenticeship system. Besides,students＇ perception of the importance of their training and its quality guarantee measures and their satisfaction were discussed. Finally a preliminary conclusion was made and corresponding suggestions were given.
