摘 要:在信息技术迅猛发展的时代背景下,越来越多的智能新技术应用到教育中,教育技术呈现出繁荣的景象,但教育尚未产生本质性地改变。该文在梳理教育技术发展历程核心要素的基础上,从"教育"和"技术"的本源入手,深入反思二者在教育技术中的关系,探索"繁荣幻象"的本质原因。进而提出技术驱动着教育变革,但在技术应用中必须回归教育本质,准确理解"技术",抉择有效之"技"、谋策合理之"术",智慧运用技术解决教育问题,从顶层设计、技术理念、应用原则和资源建设等方面着力,共谋教育技术转型发展的智慧出路。With the rapid development of information technology, more and more intelligent new technologies are being applied to education. Educational technology presents a prosperous scene, but education itself has not yet changed substantially. Through combing the core elements of the development of educational technology and viewing education and technology, this paper conducts an in-depth reflection of the relationship of the two in educational technology and explores the essential reason of the "prosperity illusion". Technology perpetuates change in education, therefore, while applying technology, we should return to the essence of education and understand "technology" accurately. This paper proposes that we should choose effective "skill" to seek a reasonable "strategy" and use technology wisely to solve educational problems, by endeavoring on top-level design, technique concept, application principles and resource construction and striving to seek the wise way out for the transformative development of educational technology.
