摘　　要：在"我国教育与国际接轨"发展趋势的进一步增强下,培养具有宽知识面、高创新性和强实践能力的国际型高级复合人才也成为我国研究生教育的重要目标。本文从我国研究生教学培养角度出发,以我校研究生为例,指出了研究生教学中存在的问题,论述了导师组团队在研究生教学培养中的作用,并进一步指出导师组团队在教学中可能采用的方法与实施方式。With the further development of the trend to bring China＇s education in line with international education,it has become an important goal for graduate education in China to cultivate international advanced talents with broaden knowledge,high innovation and strong practical ability. Taking the graduate students in our university as an example,in this paper the problems in the course teaching of graduate students are pointed out firstly. Secondly,the role of tutor team in the course teaching of graduate students is analyzed. Finally,the possible methods and the practice of tutor team in the course teaching are discussed.
