摘  要:高校教师不仅是高等教育实践的主体,也应当是教育研究的主体。以探究高校教师教育改革模式为目标,结合天津农学院的教师教育改革经验,对当前高等教师的教育改革进行了探讨和研究,提出了高校教师教育要做到培养和培训相衔接;要重视教师职业技能课和实践课;要面向社会,做到多元化办学层次;教师教育的课程改革要体现学术性,加强综合性,进而为高等教育乃至各级各类专业技术教育提供合格的教师队伍。The university teacher is a subject of not only the higher education practice but also the educational research. Based on the experience on the teacher education reform of Tianjin Agricultural University,the current reforms of the higher teacher education are studied in order to explore the reform model of university teacher education. It puts forward that the culturing and training of the university teacher education should be joined,the teachers should be pay attention to the vocational skills and the practices,the education reform should be accessible to the society and the diversified levels,the curriculum.reforms of the teacher education should be reflect the academic and comprehensiveness. It provides the qualified teachers for the higher education and the various types of professional and techrlical educations
