摘 要:目的探讨病例分析法在动物外科清创术教学中的应用体会。方法将我校2014级5年制本科学员327人随机分为4个班次,均进行动物外科教学,随机抽取2个班级作为教改组,教改组采用病例分析法教学模式;另2个班级作为对照组,对照组采用传统的大班课授课方式及观看手术录像。学员课堂结束后,教员通过改良DOPS评分表对学员操作过程进行教学评估,学员通过视觉类比量表对两种授课模式进行评价。结果教改组在自学能力的提高、知识点的掌握程度、临床学习的兴趣和热情、学习的主动性和自信心、发现并解决问题的能力等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例分析教学法在动物外科清创术中的教学效果优于传统教学法。Objective To investigate the application of case analysis teaching method in the debridement section of animal surgery. Methods 327 undergraduate students of 5-year of grade 2014 in our school were randomly divided into 4 classes, and the teaching of animal surgery was carried out, 2 classes were randomly selected as the teaching reform group, and the reform group adopted the case analysis method. The other 2 classes served as the control group, while the control group used traditional large class teaching methods and watching video recordings. At the end of the class, the instructor evaluated the trainees' teaching process through the modified DOPS scale, the students through the visual analogue scale to evaluate two kinds of teaching mode. Results The teaching reform groups were superior to the ordinary groups in the improvement of self-study ability, the mastery of knowledge clinical learning interest and enthusiasm, the initiative and self-confidence of learning, and the ability to solve problems, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of case analysis teaching method is obviously superior to that of the traditional teaching method in the debridement section of animal surgery.
