摘　　要：意大利思想家埃斯波西托,立足于福柯生命政治思想以及阿甘本与奈格里所代表的对生命政治的两种极端解释方式,通过引入免疫范畴,将其视作生命政治的运作机制,并以免疫范畴的双重逻辑为基础,展开对现代政治思想和社会生活的分析。虽然,埃斯波西托与阿甘本和奈格里存在共同之处,但是,他的理论旨趣和政治目标并不在于遵循阿甘本与奈格里的理论探索模式,而是立志于重新建构一种具有免疫范式的肯定性生命政治。这种肯定性生命政治既不是专注于对生命个体纯粹生命的考察,也不致力于寻找政治解放主体,而是一种对生命本身内在活力的探寻。Esposito,the Italian thinker,based on Foucault＇s biopolitics thought along with Agamben and Negri represented by the way of the two extreme interpretation on biopolitics,bringing in the paradigm of immunity,considers it as the operational mechanism of biopolitics,analyzs contemporary political thought and social life on the basis of the double logic of immune category. Esposito has something in common with Agamben and Negri,while his theoretical points and political goals don＇t lie in following the theoretical exploration model of Agamben and Negri,but set his sights on constructing a kind of immune paradigm of？ an affirmative biopolitics. It is neither to focus on the exploration of pure life to individual？ life nor search political liberation of the subject,but to seek the internal vitality of life itself.
