摘　　要：本文研究了如何有序变化地设计组织课堂教学,结合多种方法,上好理论性很强的高职学院"集成电路制造工艺"课程。创新出表格式阐述,如口诀来帮助理解记忆;进行集成电路制造工艺交互任务设计并分组实施。同时结合交互式教学课件等资料,开展动态教学。Combined with a variety of methods, orderly change of classroom teaching organization is studied for Inte- grated Circuit Manufacturing Technology course in high vocational college in this paper. Innovation of list format is given out. The group learning is designed. At the same time, combined with interactive teaching courseware, the comprehensive design of Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Technology series class mode is created.
